FALSE PROPHETS

My greatest hope is that my children will one day reach out to me again.

If my son Nathan Moffett in Edmond, Oklahoma, and my daughter Elise Moffett Salinas in San Antonio, Texas were not involved with the Philadelphia Church of God (PCG), I would likely never speak publicly about this group. I would still pray for those who have been hurt, but my focus would remain private.

What compels me to speak is not anger — it is love for my children and concern for families who have experienced similar separation. Policies that discourage or prevent normal family contact have caused deep pain, not only to me, but to many others. I believe families should not be divided, and that love, communication, and reconciliation should always be encouraged.

Because of this, I plan to continue raising awareness about the impact these practices have on families. My goal is not to attack individuals, but to bring attention to the human cost of separation and to encourage open discussion. I hope that by sharing my experience, others may better understand how deeply these situations affect parents, children, and loved ones.

My door, my heart, and my love remain open to my children — always.

Churches of God: Men Claiming to Be Prophets

Herbert W Armstrong said that the God of Heaven, the God of Abraham, Isaac,  and Jacob. And Allah of Islam are the SAME
----------

Herbert W Armstrong said that he represented Allah. That Allah and God are the same and that Allah would bring peace. As he said this he gave President Murbarak ONE MILLION DOLLARS and a Crystal PHALLIC symbol. One like he gave all leaders he met with

A number of leaders within the splinter groups of the Worldwide Church of God (WCG) have taken on prophetic titles or claimed to fulfill end-time roles. The following list highlights the most well-known individuals who have made such claims, along with their respective organizations and prophetic assertions.

Each one of these men believe that are the successor of Herbert W. Armstrong. Interestingly Armstrong himself declared there are no prophets in the church today.

Herbert W.Armstrong stating that “there are no prophets in the church today”:

“We find prophets mentioned in the historic portions of the New Testament, but they… carried no authority. … We find no prophets in the church today. The written Scriptures are now complete. There seems no need for prophets today. Furthermore, it is God who sets them in His Church, and if there are none, it is because God has not seen fit to set them in His Church. That is God’s responsibility, not ours.” rcg.org

In addition, Armstrong wrote explicitly about his own calling and emphasized that he had “definitely NOT been called to be a PROPHET”:

“I have definitely NOT been called to be a PROPHET … Emphatically I am NOT a prophet, in the sense of one to whom God speaks specially and directly … And I never have claimed to be. There is no such human prophet living today!” cogwriter.com+1hwarmstrong.com+1

These statements clearly reflect his position that the prophetic office—as understood in biblical terms—is not active in the modern church, and that he personally did not claim that role

The "lost ten tribes of Israel

The "lost ten tribes of Israel"

To know WHY all this evil is befalling our nations.

we have to learn WHO we are.

Then we can know WHAT will happen next.

PART 1: SCRIPTURAL EVIDENCE

1. The Promise to Abraham

  • Genesis 17:4-6: God promises Abraham that he would be a "father of many nations" and that "kings shall come out of thee."
  • Genesis 35:11: Jacob (Israel) is told “A nation and a company of nations shall be of thee.”
    • Fact: Judah (the Jews) became one nation (modern Israel), while the "company of nations" refers to the British Commonwealth.

2. Blessings on Ephraim and Manasseh

  • Genesis 48:19: Jacob blesses Joseph’s sons:
    • Ephraim would become "a multitude of nations."
    • Manasseh would become "a great nation."
    • Fact: Ephraim = the British Commonwealth (many nations); Manasseh = the United States (a single great nation).

3. Identity of "Lost" Tribes

  • 2 Kings 17:6, 23: The northern 10 tribes of Israel are taken into captivity by Assyria and “lost.”
  • Hosea 1:10: "In the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, there it shall be said... Ye are the sons of the living God."
  • Amos 9:9: “I will sift the house of Israel among all nations…”
    • Fact: These verses show the tribes would be scattered and later regathered or revealed.

4. Prophetic Clues

  • Deuteronomy 33:17 (Joseph’s blessing): “His glory is like the firstling of his bullock... he shall push the people together to the ends of the earth.”
    • Interpreted to mean world-spanning influence—often attributed to Britain and the U.S.
  • Isaiah 49:1-6: Israel would be “a light to the Gentiles” and bring salvation “to the ends of the earth.”

PART 2: HISTORICAL ARGUMENTS

1. Migration Theories

  • Fact: After Assyrian captivity (721 BC), the ten tribes migrated north through the Caucasus Mountains into Europe and became known as the Scythians, Saxons, or Cimmerians.
    • “Saxon” = derived from “Isaac’s sons.”
  • These groups moved into Western Europe, especially the British Isles.

2. The Throne of David

  • Jeremiah 33:17: “David shall never want a man to sit upon the throne.”
  • Fact: After Judah’s fall, Jeremiah brought a princess (Zedekiah’s daughter) to Ireland, continuing David's line through Irish, Scottish, and British monarchs.

3. National Characteristics

  • Israel was to be:
    • A colonizing power (Genesis 28:14).
    • Possess the gates of its enemies (Genesis 22:17; control over places like the Suez Canal, Panama Canal, etc.).
    • Blessed with material wealth and global power (Deuteronomy 33; Genesis 49).
  • Britain and the U.S. fulfilled these characteristics in the 19th and 20th centuries.

PART 4: ANALYSIS

Why We Know

  • The prophecies of national greatness (especially to Ephraim and Manasseh) were not fulfilled in ancient history.
  • The unique rise of Britain and America—two brother nations, globally dominant—is seen as fitting the blessings promised to Joseph’s sons.

CONCLUSION

From a biblical prophetic view, the idea that the U.S. and Britain represent modern Ephraim and Manasseh can be argued from scripture
