Below is a full, expanded message built from the above study, centered on God’s love, His work in our lives, our deliverance from evil, our eternal kingdom—and the sacrifice of Christ that makes all of it possible.
It is written in a clear, biblical, proclamation-style suitable for preaching, teaching, or sharing.

SERMON: GOD’S PROMISE TO US — SEALED BY THE CROSS

Opening

We live in uncertain times, yet God has never been uncertain about us. From Genesis to Revelation, Scripture declares one unchanging truth: God loves His people, works for their good, delivers them from evil, and has prepared an eternal kingdom for them.
But these promises were not cheap. They were purchased at the cost of the blood of Christ.

I. GOD HAS LOVED US WITH AN EVERLASTING LOVE

“Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.”
— Jeremiah 31:3

God’s love did not begin when we believed. It did not start when we obeyed. It existed before we ever turned toward Him.
His love is not emotional or fleeting—it is covenantal, eternal, and faithful.

The cross proves this love:

“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
— Romans 5:8

Christ was not sent because we were righteous. He was sent because God is love.
The nails, the crown of thorns, the scourging, and the cross all declare heaven’s message:
You are loved beyond measure.

II. GOD IS WORKING IN OUR LIVES FOR GOOD

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
— Romans 8:28

“All things” does not mean all things are good.
It means God is sovereign over suffering, trials, discipline, and hardship.

The greatest proof of this truth is the crucifixion itself.

What looked like defeat was victory.
What looked like death became life.
What looked like judgment became salvation.

“Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain.”
— Acts 2:23

God took the worst act in human history and turned it into the greatest act of redemption the world has ever known.
If God can bring good from the stake, He can bring good from your trial.

III. CHRIST DELIVERED US FROM EVIL

“The Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom.”
— 2 Timothy 4:18

Deliverance is not merely escape from trouble—it is victory over sin, Satan, and death.

Christ did not die just to forgive sins;
He died to break chains.

“For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.”
— 1 John 3:8

At the stake:

  • Sin was judged
  • Satan was defeated
  • Death was conquered

“Having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.”
— Colossians 2:15

The empty tomb is God’s declaration that evil does not win.

IV. THE SACRIFICE THAT SEALED THE PROMISE

Christ did not merely suffer physically—He bore the full weight of our sin.

“Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows… the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”
— Isaiah 53:4–5

He was:

  • Rejected so we could be accepted
  • Condemned so we could be justified
  • Forsaken so we could be reconciled

“My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?”
— Matthew 27:46

That cry tells us the cost of our redemption.
The Son endured separation so we could dwell with God forever.

V. WE WILL DWELL IN HIS KINGDOM FOREVER

“I go to prepare a place for you… that where I am, there ye may be also.”
— John 14:2–3

Salvation does not end at the stake.
It does not end at the resurrection.
It ends in the eternal kingdom of God.

“And they shall reign for ever and ever.”
— Revelation 22:5

Because Christ rose:

  • Death has no final word
  • Sorrow has an expiration date
  • God’s people have an eternal home

“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.”
— Psalm 23:6

Closing Exhortation

God loves you.
God is working for your good.
God will deliver you from evil.
God has prepared a kingdom for you.

And every one of these promises stands on the sacrifice of Yeshua Christ.

“He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?”
— Romans 8:32

Final Declaration

The crucifixion proves God’s love.
The resurrection proves His power.
The kingdom proves His promise.

GOD'S LOVE FOR US

“Yet a Little While” — Yahweh’s Time and the Certain Return of Yeshua

Here is a Scripture-based presentation showing how Yahweh perceives time, that He exists outside of time, and that “yet a little while” Yeshua will return to set up His Kingdom on the earth. All points are supported directly from the Bible.

I am including a message version for use in your home Sabbath gathering

1.  Yahweh Exists Outside of Time

Yahweh inhabits eternity

Isaiah 57:15

“For thus says the High and Lofty One who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy…”

Yahweh does not merely live forever — He inhabits eternity, meaning time does not confine Him.

Yahweh sees the end from the beginning

Isaiah 46:9–10

“I am Yahweh, and there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done…”

Only One outside of time can see all history at once.

Yahweh is present to all time at once

Revelation 1:8

“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End… who is and who was and who is to come.”

Past, present, and future exist simultaneously before Yahweh.

2. Yahweh’s Measurement of Time Is Different Than Man’s

A thousand years is as one day to Yahweh

Psalm 90:4

“For a thousand years in Your sight are like yesterday when it is past, and like a watch in the night.”

2 Peter 3:8

“With the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”

What seems long to man is brief to Yahweh.

Yahweh’s apparent delay is mercy, not slackness

2 Peter 3:9

“The Lord is not slack concerning His promise… but is longsuffering toward us…”

Yahweh is working within His perfect timetable, not ours.

3. “Yet a Little While” — Yeshua Will Return

Scripture explicitly says Yeshua’s return is “a little while”

Hebrews 10:37

“For yet a little while, and He who is coming will come and will not tarry.”

From Yahweh’s eternal perspective, Yeshua’s return is near and certain.

Yeshua Himself spoke of a short time

John 14:3, 19

“I will come again and receive you to Myself…”
“A little while longer and the world will see Me no more…”

The apostles taught the same expectation

James 5:8

“Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.”

1 Peter 4:7

“The end of all things is at hand…”

4. Yeshua Returns to Establish His Kingdom on Earth

The Kingdom is set up on the earth

Daniel 2:44

“And in the days of these kings the Yahweh of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed… it shall stand forever.”

Yeshua receives rulership over all nations

Daniel 7:13–14

“One like the Son of Man… was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him.”

The Kingdom replaces human governments

Revelation 11:15

“The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Yeshua, and He shall reign forever and ever.”

Yeshua reigns on earth

Zechariah 14:4, 9

“And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives…”
“And the LORD shall be King over all the earth.”

The saints rule with Yeshua on the earth

Revelation 5:10

“And have made us kings and priests to our Yahweh; and we shall reign on the earth.”

5. Why Yeshua’s Return Is Called “Soon”

From man’s perspective:

  • Generations pass
  • Centuries seem long

From Yahweh’s perspective:

  • He inhabits eternity
  • A thousand years is as one day
  • Yeshua’s return is “yet a little while”

Romans 8:18

“The sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.”

6. Summary (Scripture Truth)

  • Yahweh exists outside of time (Isaiah 57:15)
  • Yahweh sees all history at once (Isaiah 46:10)
  • Time does not limit Yahweh (Psalm 90:4)
  • Yeshua’s return is certain and near in Yahweh’s sight (Hebrews 10:37)
  • Yeshua will return to establish Yahweh’s Kingdom on the earth (Daniel 2:44; Revelation 11:15)

—————————

Below is a full message manuscript, written to be read aloud, firmly scripture-centered, and consistent with the biblical teaching that Yeshua returns to the earth to establish the Kingdom of Yahweh, and that Yahweh exists outside of time.
It is structured with clear flow, transitions, and emphasis, suitable for Sabbath teaching, home fellowship, or recording.

“Yet a Little While” — Yahweh’s Time and the Certain Return of Yeshua

Introduction

Brethren, one of the greatest misunderstandings in Christianity today is how Yahweh perceives time.

Men say, “Where is the promise of His coming?”
They say, “It has been two thousand years.”
They say, “If Yeshua were coming, He would have come by now.”

But those statements reveal something very important:

👉 They assume Yahweh experiences time the way man does.

The Bible teaches something very different.

Yahweh does not live inside time.
Yahweh inhabits eternity.
And from Yahweh’s perspective, the return of Yeshua is still described as “yet a little while.”

Today we will let the Scriptures explain Yahweh’s view of time, and we will see why the Bible can truthfully say that Yeshua is coming soon, and that He will establish the Kingdom of Yahweh on the earth.

I. Yahweh Does Not Live Inside Time

Let us begin by understanding who Yahweh is.

Yahweh inhabits eternity

Turn to Isaiah 57:15:

“For thus says the High and Lofty One who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy…”

Yahweh does not merely live forever.
He inhabits eternity.

Eternity is not endless time — it is existence outside of time.

Time is something Yahweh created.
Therefore, Yahweh is not bound by it.

Yahweh sees all of history at once

Now turn to Isaiah 46:9–10:

“I am Yahweh, and there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done…”

Only a Being outside of time can declare the end before it happens.

To Yahweh:

  • Creation is present
  • Yeshua’s first coming is present
  • Yeshua’s second coming is present
  • The Kingdom of Yahweh is present

Yahweh sees the entire plan at once.

Yahweh describes Himself beyond time

Revelation 1:8:

“I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End… who is and who was and who is to come.”

Yahweh is not moving forward through time as we are.

He stands above it.

II. Yahweh’s Measurement of Time Is Not Man’s

Because Yahweh exists outside of time, His measurement of time is different.

A thousand years is as one day

Psalm 90:4:

“For a thousand years in Your sight are like yesterday when it is past, and like a watch in the night.”

And again in 2 Peter 3:8:

“With the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.”

This is not poetic exaggeration.

It is Yahweh explaining that time has no controlling power over Him.

What feels long to us is brief to Yahweh.

Yahweh is never late

Now notice 2 Peter 3:9:

“The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us…”

Yahweh is not delayed.
Yahweh is not behind schedule.

The apparent delay exists only in human thinking.

From Yahweh’s perspective, everything is proceeding exactly on time.

III. “Yet a Little While” — Yeshua Will Return

Now we come to a critical phrase used by Yahweh Himself.

Yahweh says Yeshua’s return is “yet a little while”

Hebrews 10:37:

“For yet a little while, and He who is coming will come and will not tarry.”

Brethren, this was written nearly 2,000 years ago — and yet Yahweh still calls it “a little while.”

Why?

Because Yahweh is speaking from eternity, not from human calendars.

Yeshua Himself used this language

John 14:3:

“And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again…”

And in verse 19:

“A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me.”

Yeshua did not say, “In a long time.”
He said, “A little while.”

The apostles taught the same expectation

James 5:8:

“Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.”

1 Peter 4:7:

“But the end of all things is at hand…”

This was not false expectation.
It was correct understanding of Yahweh’s time.

IV. Why Yeshua Must Return — The Kingdom of Yahweh

Now let us be very clear about why Yeshua returns.

He does not return to take people to heaven.

He returns to establish the Kingdom of Yahweh on the earth.

Yahweh’s Kingdom replaces human rule

Daniel 2:44:

“And in the days of these kings the Yahweh of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed… it shall stand forever.”

Human governments will end.
Yahweh’s government will replace them.

Yeshua receives rulership over the earth

Daniel 7:13–14:

“One like the Son of Man… was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve Him.”

This is earthly rulership over nations.

Yeshua reigns from Jerusalem

Zechariah 14:4, 9:

“And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives…”
“And the LORD shall be King over all the earth.”

Yeshua does not rule from heaven over a departed humanity.

He rules on the earth, over living nations.

The saints rule with Yeshua on the earth

Revelation 5:10:

“And have made us kings and priests to our Yahweh; and we shall reign on the earth.”

This is the purpose of the resurrection.

V. Why the World Scoffs at Yeshua’s Return

Peter warned us of this attitude.

2 Peter 3:3–4:

“Scoffers will come… saying, ‘Where is the promise of His coming?’”

Why do they scoff?

Because they judge Yahweh by human time, not divine eternity.

They forget who Yahweh is.

VI. Encouragement for Yahweh’s People

Brethren, this age is brief.

Romans 8:18:

“The sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.”

From Yahweh’s perspective, this is still “a little while.”

Yeshua will come.
The Kingdom will be established.
Yahweh’s plan will not fail.

Conclusion

Let us remember these truths:

  • Yahweh inhabits eternity
  • Yahweh is not bound by time
  • What seems long to man is brief to Yahweh
  • Yeshua’s return is certain and imminent
  • The Kingdom of Yahweh will be established on the earth

As Hebrews declares:

“Yet a little while, and He who is coming will come and will not tarry.”

May we live watchful, faithful, and anchored in Yahweh’s eternal perspective.
