I was listening to a bible study today on life after death. One of my favorite truths of God.

I have a video study on the subject pinned to the top of my Facebook page. I hope you will watch it.

Like so many today, the man giving the study does not understand “born again”. He says "we are now born again as believers".  

That’s not so. It did prompt a study and explanation of the subject.

I say to those who think they are now born again to take the born again challenge. 

Take a knitting needle or something sharp and jam it into your leg. Did it hurt, are you bleeding?

If so, you are not born again.

Scripture clearly shows that those who have God’s Holy Spirit dwelling in them are begotten children of God—not yet born into the full glory of the Kingdom, but in a spiritual gestation, awaiting the resurrection. Here's the biblical proof:

1. We Become God’s Children Through His Spirit

Romans 8:14-17 (KJV)

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ…”

• The word “adoption” in Greek is huiothesia, meaning to place as a son—legally and spiritually.
• Those with God’s Spirit are already called His children (not future, but present).

2. The Spirit Is a Sign of Begettal, Not Yet Full Birth

1 John 3:1-2 (KJV)

“Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him…”

• This passage shows we are now sons of God, though not yet glorified or born into the spirit realm.

3. God Begets Us by His Spirit—We Are Not Yet Born

John 3:5-6 (KJV)

“Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.”

• To be born of the Spirit is to become spirit—this has not happened yet.
• We are begotten now (like an embryo in the womb) and will be born at the resurrection.

James 1:18 (KJV)

“Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.”

• “Begat” = Greek apokueō, meaning to beget, not yet fully born.
• We are spiritual firstfruits, still in the development stage.

4. The Holy Spirit Is the Seed of Begettal

1 Peter 1:23 (KJV)

“Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God…”

• The Greek word here translated "born again" is anagennaō, which can also be rendered "begotten again."
• God’s Spirit is the incorruptible seed (sperma in Greek) planted in us—spiritual life begins, but must grow to full birth at the resurrection.

5. The Full Birth Happens at the Resurrection

1 Corinthians 15:50-53 (KJV)

“Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God…
…this mortal must put on immortality.”

• We are not yet spirit beings. We are begotten sons, still flesh and blood.
• Only at the resurrection do we become fully born into God’s spiritual family.

Conclusion:
Those who have received God’s Holy Spirit are begotten children of God, now in spiritual gestation, awaiting full birth into His family at Christ’s return. The Spirit is the proof of our sonship and inheritance.

REMEMBER THE SABBATH DAY

 Yahweh never changed His Sabbath

Here is a thorough, Scripture-based fact showing that the 7th-day Sabbath is Yahweh's holy day, was never changed by Yahweh, and that man is responsible for changing its observance. These verses highlight the origin, command, and lasting importance of the Sabbath.

📜 1. Yahweh Instituted the Sabbath at Creation

Genesis 2:2–3 (KJV)

“And on the seventh day Yahweh ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And  Yahweh blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which Yahweh created and made.”

🔹 Key points:

• The 7th day was blessed and sanctified—set apart by Yahweh at creation.
• This was before the giving of the Law at Sinai—showing it is not just for Jews.

📜 2. The 4th Commandment: A Law Written by Yahweh’s Own Finger

Exodus 20:8–11 (KJV)

“Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy Yahweh: in it thou shalt not do any work... For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth... and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.”

🔹 Key points:

• The Sabbath is a memorial of creation.
• It is the 7th day, not just “a day of rest.”
• Yahweh never changed the day—He commanded it forever.

📜 3. The Sabbath Was Given as a Sign Between Yahweh and His People

Exodus 31:16–17 (KJV)

“Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant. It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever…”

🔹 Key points:

• The Sabbath is a perpetual sign—ongoing through all generations.
• “Israel” in Scripture includes spiritual Israel—those who are Yeshua’s (Galatians 3:29).

📜 4. Yeshau Kept the Sabbath and Taught Its True Purpose

Luke 4:16 (KJV)

“And he came to Nazareth... and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day...”

Mark 2:27–28 (KJV)

“And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.”

🔹 Key points:

• Yeshua kept the 7th-day Sabbath.
• The Sabbath was made for all mankind (not just Jews).
• Yeshua is Lord of the Sabbath, not Sunday.

📜 5. The Apostles Kept the 7th-Day Sabbath After Yeshua’s Resurrection

Acts 17:2 (KJV)

*“And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and *three sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures.”

Acts 18:4 (KJV)

“And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks.”

🔹 Key points:

• Paul (and the early Church) continued Sabbath observance.
• This was years after Yeshua's resurrection—no change to Sunday worship.

📜 6. Prophecy Shows Sabbath Observance in the Future

Isaiah 66:22–23 (KJV)

“For as the new heavens and the new earth... so shall your seed and your name remain. And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD.”

🔹 Key points:

• In the new heavens and new earth, all flesh will keep the Sabbath.
• This proves God’s Sabbath remains eternal.

📜 7. Men Changed the Sabbath—Not Yahweh

Daniel 7:25 (KJV) (a prophecy about a rebellious religious power)

“And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws...”

🔹 Key point:

• A prophetic warning about a power that would attempt to change Yahweh’s laws—including His holy time.
• History shows the Roman Church later changed the Sabbath to Sunday without biblical authority.

📜 8. Yahweh Condemns Changing His Commandments

Deuteronomy 12:32 (KJV)

“What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.”

Ecclesiastes 3:14 (KJV)

“I know that, whatsoever Yahweh doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it...”

🔹 Key points:

• Yahweh’s Sabbath command stands forever.
• No man has the authority to add to or take away from Yahweh’s law.

✅ Summary

• Yahweh created and sanctified the 7th-day Sabbath from the beginning.
• It was written by Yahweh’s finger and never changed by Him.
• Yeshua and the apostles kept the Sabbath.
• The Sabbath will be kept by all nations in the Kingdom of Yahweh.

The 7th-Day Sabbath: Yahweh's Eternal Command — Not Changed by Yahweh, But by Man

1. Yahweh Instituted the Sabbath at Creation

Genesis 2:2–3 (KJV)
"And on the seventh day Yahweh ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. And Yahweh blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which Yahweh created and made."

• Yahweh blessed and sanctified the 7th day at creation.
• This occurred before the Law of Moses, making it universal.

2. The Fourth Commandment: Yahweh's Written Law

Exodus 20:8–11 (KJV)
"Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy Yahweh... For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth... and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it."

• The Sabbath command is one of the Ten Commandments.
• The 7th day is specified — not any day of your choosing.
• This is a memorial of creation, not just a Jewish law.

3. The Sabbath Is a Sign Between Yahweh and His People

6. The Sabbath in the Future Kingdom

• In the new earth, all flesh will worship Yahweh on the Sabbath.

7. Man Changed the Sabbath—Not Yahweh

• A prophetic warning of a power that would try to change Yahweh's laws.
• History confirms that religious authorities changed Sabbath to Sunday without Yahweh's command.

8. Yahweh Forbids Changing His Law

Deuteronomy 12:32 (KJV)
"What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it."

Ecclesiastes 3:14 (KJV)
"I know that, whatsoever Yahweh doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it..."

• Yahweh's commandments are unchanging.
• The Sabbath remains holy because Yahweh made it so.

Conclusion:

• The 7th-day Sabbath was made by Yahweh at creation, written by His own finger, and will be kept in the Kingdom of Yahweh.
• Yeshua and the apostles kept it.
• Yahweh never changed it — man did.
• Yahweh's people are still called to honor His Sabbath as a sign of loyalty and covenant.
