From Yahweh our Father,

Never came a prayer to the Spirit
As a person of its own.

There is one Yahweh—the Father,
And one Lord—Yeshua.
That's the testimony Paul declared,
That's what the Scriptures say.

Yahweh worked six days, then the seventh came into view.
He blessed it and sanctified that day,
Before there was a nation,
Before Sinai came.

It wasn't made by man,
It wasn't man's decree.
The seventh day was written
Into creation's prophecy.

Six days of labor,
One day of rest.
Yahweh made the pattern,
And Yahweh knows best.
