Obey God Rather Than Men
If your "church" or your "minister" says it is alright to eat out or cook food on the 7th day Sabbath they are encouraging you to BREAK the Sabbath. Or if they tell you the Sabbath has been changed to Sunday. Or if they tell you “Jesus kept it for you”, or “Jesus did away with it” THEY ARE WRONG and causing you to break a commandment of Yahweh
You should not be in a "church" or have a "minister" anyway.
There should be Sabbath Home Gatherings. NOT churches and ministers.

📖 1. Cooking and Food Preparation on the Sabbath
🔹 Direct command about food preparation
Exodus 16:23
“Tomorrow is the rest of the holy sabbath unto Yahweh: bake that which ye will bake today, and seethe that ye will seethe; and that which remaineth over lay up for you…”
What this shows:
- Cooking was to be done before the Sabbath
- Food preparation was not intended for Sabbath day
- Israel was instructed to prepare ahead
👉 If cooking were acceptable on the Sabbath, this command would make no sense.
🔹 No work command
Exodus 20:10
“But the seventh day is the sabbath of Yahweh thy Elohim: in it thou shalt not do any work…”
Cooking is repeatedly classified as labor in Scripture (compare Exodus 16 context).
🔹 Gathering and commerce forbidden
Nehemiah 10:31
“If the people of the land bring ware or any victuals on the sabbath day to sell, that we would not buy it of them on the sabbath…”
Key point:
- Buying food on Sabbath = violation
- Therefore eating out (modern equivalent) violates the principle
Nehemiah 13:15–17
Nehemiah rebuked Judah for:
- buying food
- selling food
- doing business on Sabbath
And he said:
“What evil thing is this that ye do, and profane the sabbath day?”
👉 Scripture plainly connects food commerce on Sabbath = profaning the Sabbath
📖 2. Causing Others to Break the Sabbath
🔹 Leaders held to stricter judgment
James 3:1
“Be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.”
A "minister" who teaches against the command bears serious responsibility.
Does your "minister" say it's alright to eat out on Sabbath? Alright to cook meals on Sabbath".
Repent now or face the same consequences as them.
🔹 Warning against teaching disobedience
Matthew 5:19
(Yahshua speaking)
“Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven…”
Important principle:
- Breaking commands = serious
- Teaching others to break them = even worse
👉 If a minister says Sabbath cooking or buying food is fine, this fits Yahshua’s warning.
📖 3. Are We Supposed to Follow Ministers Who Teach Against Commandments?
🔹 Test teachers by Scripture
Isaiah 8:20
“To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.”
Biblical rule:
- The Word is the standard
- Not the minister
- Not the church tradition
🔹 Do not follow blind leaders
Matthew 15:14
“If the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.”
🔹 Obey God rather than men
Acts 5:29
“We ought to obey God rather than men.”
📖 4. Do Believers Need a Church System or Clergy?
Scripture shows something very different from modern church structures.
🔹 Early believers met simply
Romans 16:5
“Likewise greet the church that is in their house…”
1 Corinthians 16:19
“The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.”
👉 The biblical model was home gatherings, not institutional systems.
🔹 Warning about religious systems
Mark 7:7–9
Yahshua said:
“In vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men…
Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.”
🔹 One true Teacher
Matthew 23:8–10
Yahshua said:
“Be not ye called Rabbi…
neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.”
This warns against elevating human religious authority over obedience.
