King Gerald Flurry Of The PCG, Trump Predictions:
- Trump would win the 2020 election and remain president. Flurry published “Donald Trump Is Going to Win This Election” in November 2020 and subsequently insisted Trump would remain in office. That prediction failed: Joe Biden became president on January 20, 2021. Flurry then shifted to predicting Trump’s return. Trump’s later comeback does not make the original prediction of remaining president correct.
- Trump would expel PCG members from the United States. According to accounts published Flurry predicted Trump would cooperate with Joe Tkach Jr. and the Worldwide Church of God to force PCG members out, sending them to Jordan/Petra. This is a reported account of his teaching.
- Members would flee to a “place of safety.” Exit & Support Network cites Flurry’s The New Throne of David as identifying the cave of Adullam as that refuge, raising questions about how this fits with the earlier Petra teaching.
The central question is: Now that Trump has returned to office, when is the predicted expulsion supposed to happen?
PCG STILL WAITING ON THE MOVING VAN (song)
[Verse 1]
Gerald had the future figured,
Every headline, every date;
Trump would keep the White House keys—
Well, Joe walked through the gate!
Twenty-twenty came and went,
The forecast missed its cue;
If the calendar won’t cooperate,
Just buy a calendar new!
[Chorus]
When’s Trump gonna send that moving van?
We’re waiting on the royal travel plan!
You said he’d send the PCG away—
Did he lose your address along the way?
Trump’s back in Washington, doing what he can,
But we’re still waiting on the moving van!
[Verse 2]
Picture King Gerry by the window,
With a suitcase and a crown;
“That Prophet” checks the driveway—
No removal truck in town!
The kettle’s on, the bags are packed,
The sandwiches are stale;
Perhaps the great expulsion notice
Got delayed in the mail!
[Chorus]
When’s Trump gonna send that moving van?
We’re waiting on the royal travel plan!
You said he’d send the PCG away—
Did he lose your address along the way?
Trump’s back in Washington, doing what he can,
But we’re still waiting on the moving van!
[Bridge]
A forecast needs an asterisk,
A footnote and a spare:
“Dates are subject to revision—
Please leave your luggage there!”
If every missed prediction
Gets another coat of paint,
How can we check the prophet
If the deadline’s what it ain’t?
[Final Chorus]
When’s Trump gonna send that moving van?
Has anybody seen the royal travel plan?
The prophecy was certain yesterday—
Now “soon” keeps getting farther away!
Trump’s back, Gerry—what’s the plan?
We’re still waiting on the moving van!
[Spoken Outro]
“Hello, moving company?
Can you hold that reservation?
Until when?
Well… that’s the prophetic part!”
