The Loving Hand of Yahweh

The Loving Hand of Yahweh

The Loving Hand of Yahweh

His mercy, His purpose, and His help in times of distress

Many people picture Yahweh as distant, harsh, or eager to punish. Scripture reveals something very different. Yahweh is a loving Father who knows our weaknesses, hears our cries, forgives the repentant, and patiently prepares His children for entrance into His Kingdom.

Even during suffering, Yahweh has not forgotten us. He can use our trials to strengthen our character, deepen our faith, and teach us to depend upon Him.

“Like as a father pitieth his children, so Yahweh pitieth them that fear him. For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust.”
—Psalm 103:13–14

1. Yahweh’s very nature is love

Love is not merely something Yahweh occasionally shows. Love is central to His character.

1 John 4:8–10

“He that loveth not knoweth not Yahweh; for Yahweh is love.”

Yahweh demonstrated His love by sending His Son so that we might receive life through Him.

John 3:16

“For Yahweh so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son…”

Yahweh’s purpose is not to abandon mankind but to rescue us from sin and death. His love does not overlook sin; it provides a way for us to repent, be forgiven, and become changed.

Romans 5:8

“But Yahweh commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Yeshua died for us.”

Yahweh did not wait for us to become perfect before loving us. He loved us while we were still lost and provided Yeshua as the sacrifice for our sins.

2. Yahweh desires us to become His children

Yahweh is doing more than saving people from death. He is creating a family. Those who receive His Spirit are now His begotten children, being prepared for birth into His Kingdom at the resurrection.

1 John 3:1–2

“Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of Yahweh…”

Romans 8:14–17

Those who are led by the Spirit of Yahweh are His children and heirs with Yeshua.

Our present life is therefore a time of spiritual growth and preparation. Yahweh is developing within us His own righteous character—love, faithfulness, patience, mercy, humility, and obedience.

Philippians 1:6

“He which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Yeshua.”

What Yahweh begins, He is able to finish. We may stumble, become discouraged, or feel that we have made little progress, but Yahweh does not abandon His work in a willing and repentant heart.

3. Yahweh works for our ultimate good

Romans 8:28

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love Yahweh, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”

This does not mean everything that happens is good. Disease, betrayal, grief, injustice, and death are not good. Some suffering results from human choices, the choices of others, or simply living in this present world.

The promise is that Yahweh can take even painful circumstances and work through them for our ultimate good. Nothing is beyond His ability to redeem and use.

He can use trials to:

  • Strengthen our faith.
  • Teach us patience and endurance.
  • Expose weaknesses that need to change.
  • Help us understand the suffering of others.
  • Turn our hearts away from this temporary world.
  • Prepare us to serve with compassion in His Kingdom.

Genesis 50:20

Joseph told his brothers:

“But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but Yahweh meant it unto good…”

Yahweh did not approve of the evil committed against Joseph. Nevertheless, He overruled it and brought good from it.

What others intend for harm, Yahweh can transform into part of His greater purpose.

4. Our trials are training for the Kingdom

Yahweh’s correction is evidence that He regards us as His children.

Hebrews 12:6, 10–11

“For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth…”

He corrects us:

“For our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.”

Correction and trials are not pleasant while we are experiencing them. Later, however, they can produce “the peaceable fruit of righteousness.”

Not every hardship is a direct punishment from Yahweh. Yeshua rejected the assumption that every person who suffers must have committed some special sin. Nevertheless, Yahweh can use every trial as an opportunity to teach and strengthen us.

James 1:2–4

“The trying of your faith worketh patience.”

The word translated “patience” carries the sense of steadfast endurance—the ability to remain faithful under pressure.

1 Peter 1:6–7

Peter compared tested faith to gold purified by fire. Fire does not create the gold; it reveals and refines it. In the same way, trials reveal what is in our hearts and give us an opportunity to develop genuine faith.

We are not being trained merely to endure this life. We are being prepared to reign with Yeshua.

Revelation 5:10

“And hast made us unto our Elohim kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.”

Those who will help, teach, and serve others in Yahweh’s Kingdom must first learn faithfulness, mercy, patience, and righteous judgment.

5. Yahweh’s mercy is greater than our failures

Yahweh understands that we are weak. He does not despise a genuinely repentant person.

Psalm 103:8–12

“Yahweh is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.”

He removes the sins of the repentant:

“As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.”

Lamentations 3:22–23

“It is of Yahweh’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning.”

Yesterday’s failure does not have to determine tomorrow. Yahweh’s mercy allows us to repent, rise again, and continue walking with Him.

Micah 7:18–19

“He delighteth in mercy… thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.”

Yahweh does not reluctantly show mercy. He delights in mercy.

Isaiah 55:6–7

The wicked are told to forsake their ways and return to Yahweh:

“For he will abundantly pardon.”

There is no sin too great for Yahweh to forgive when repentance is genuine. His mercy does not give us permission to continue sinning; it gives us the opportunity to turn around and begin obeying Him.

6. Yahweh is near when we are in distress

There are moments when sorrow becomes so heavy that we do not know what to say. Scripture assures us that Yahweh is not far away during those moments.

Psalm 34:17–18

“The righteous cry, and Yahweh heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart.”

A broken heart does not repel Yahweh. It draws His compassion.

Psalm 46:1

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”

Psalm 55:22

“Cast thy burden upon Yahweh, and he shall sustain thee.”

We are not told to pretend that the burden is light. We are told to place it into Yahweh’s hands and allow Him to hold us up beneath it.

Isaiah 41:10

“Fear thou not; for I am with thee… I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee.”

Yahweh may not always remove the trial immediately, but He promises that we do not have to face it alone.

7. We can speak honestly to Yahweh

Prayer does not require polished words. David poured out fear, confusion, grief, loneliness, and even anguish before Yahweh.

Psalm 62:8

“Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us.”

To pour out our heart means to tell Yahweh what is truly inside us. We can tell Him:

  • “I am afraid.”
  • “I am lonely.”
  • “I do not understand.”
  • “My heart is broken.”
  • “I need strength.”
  • “Please show me what to do.”
  • “Help me remain faithful.”

Yahweh already knows what we are experiencing, but prayer draws us near to Him and expresses our trust in Him.

Philippians 4:6–7

We are instructed to bring everything to Yahweh through prayer and thanksgiving. His peace can guard our hearts and minds through Yeshua.

This peace does not always mean the problem instantly disappears. It means Yahweh gives us inward strength and reassurance while we walk through it.

8. Yeshua understands our suffering

Yeshua experienced hunger, rejection, betrayal, loneliness, grief, pain, and death. Therefore, He understands our weaknesses and serves as our compassionate High Priest.

Hebrews 4:15–16

“For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities…”

Because Yeshua understands, we may come boldly to the throne of grace:

“That we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”

We pray to the Father in Yeshua’s name. Yeshua intercedes for us and gives us access to Yahweh.

Romans 8:34

“It is Yeshua that died, yea rather, that is risen again… who also maketh intercession for us.”

We are not alone when we pray. Yeshua understands our suffering and represents us before our Father.

9. Yahweh will never abandon His faithful children

People may leave us. Friends may disappoint us. Families may become divided. But Yahweh’s faithfulness is not dependent upon human faithfulness.

Hebrews 13:5

“I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.”

Isaiah 49:15–16

Yahweh asks whether a mother could forget her nursing child. Even if she did, He says:

“Yet will I not forget thee. Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands.”

Romans 8:38–39

Neither death, life, angels, powers, present troubles, future events, nor anything else in creation can separate Yahweh’s faithful children from His love.

We may sometimes feel forgotten, but feelings are not always reliable witnesses. Yahweh’s promises are more dependable than our emotions.

10. Present suffering cannot compare with the coming glory

Our present life is temporary. Yahweh is preparing a Kingdom in which suffering, injustice, separation, and death will finally be overcome.

Romans 8:18

“The sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.”

Revelation 21:4

“And Yahweh shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying…”

Yahweh does not dismiss our tears. He promises personally to wipe them away.

Psalm 30:5

“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.”

The night may seem unbearably long, but it will not last forever. The resurrection is coming. Yahweh’s Kingdom is coming. Everything lost in faith will be restored according to His perfect purpose.

What should we do when distress overwhelms us?

1. Cry out to Yahweh

Do not hide your pain. Tell Him exactly what you are feeling.

2. Ask for the strength needed for today

Yahweh may not reveal the entire road ahead, but He will provide enough strength for the next faithful step.

3. Remember His previous faithfulness

Recall the times He has already sustained, protected, corrected, or comforted you.

4. Read His promises aloud

When emotions become overwhelming, hearing Yahweh’s promises can help steady the mind and heart.

5. Refuse to surrender your hope

Distress is temporary. Yahweh’s purpose and Kingdom are eternal.

6. Reach out to someone trustworthy

Yahweh often provides comfort through faithful friends, family members, elders, counselors, or others who are willing to listen and help carry the burden.

A prayer in times of distress

Father Yahweh,
I come before You through Yeshua. You know my heart, my fears, my sorrow, and the burdens I cannot carry alone. Please forgive my sins and help me draw closer to You.

Give me strength for today. Help me understand what You are teaching me, and use this trial to prepare me for Your Kingdom. When I feel forgotten, remind me that You are near. When I am afraid, help me trust You. When I fall, lift me up and help me continue walking in Your Way.

Thank You for Your patience, Your mercy, and Your unfailing love. Keep my heart faithful until the day Your Kingdom comes and every sorrow is healed.

In Yeshua’s name, amen.

Conclusion: We are held in the hands of a loving Father

Yahweh’s love does not promise a life without trials. It promises that our trials are not meaningless and that we will never face them alone.

He is forming His character within us. He is correcting, strengthening, refining, and preparing us for His Kingdom. His mercy is renewed every morning. His ears remain open to our cries, and His heart is near to those who are broken.

“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.”
—1 Peter 5:7

Whatever we are facing today, we may turn to Yahweh. We can pour out our hearts without fear. We can trust His mercy, rely upon His strength, and know that the loving work He has begun in us is leading toward eternal life in His Kingdom.

THE FEAST OF TRUMPETS (SONG)

[Intro]

Awake, awake, the hour is near,
Let every faithful servant hear.
The appointed day is drawing near—
The coming King will soon appear.

[Verse 1]

Yahweh appointed this holy day,
A trumpet calling us back to His way.
A sacred Sabbath, a gathering sound,
A warning carried the whole world around.

Lay down your labor, remember His Word,
Lift up your voice, let the message be heard.
The darkness will end, the nations will see—
Yeshua is coming in majesty.

[Pre-Chorus]

Blow the trumpet upon the mountain,
Sound the warning throughout the land.
Lift up your eyes, redemption is near—
The King of all kings will soon appear.

[Chorus]

The trumpet will sound,
And the dead will arise!
Yeshua will come
In the clouds of the skies.

The saints will be gathered,
The faithful will sing:
“The kingdoms of earth
Now belong to the King!”

The trumpet will sound,
Let its message ring—
Prepare the way
For the coming King!

[Verse 2]

No secret return, no silent display,
The heavens will open on that glorious day.
With power and glory, with angels around,
The voice of the archangel, the trumpet will sound.

Those who are sleeping will rise from the grave,
Changed to immortal, restored and made whole.
Death will surrender when Yahweh commands;
His children will rise by the work of His hands.

[Pre-Chorus]

Blow the trumpet upon the mountain,
Sound the warning throughout the land.
Lift up your eyes, redemption is near—
The King of all kings will soon appear.

[Chorus]

The trumpet will sound,
And the dead will arise!
Yeshua will come
In the clouds of the skies.

The saints will be gathered,
The faithful will sing:
“The kingdoms of earth
Now belong to the King!”

The trumpet will sound,
Let its message ring—
Prepare the way
For the coming King!

[Bridge]

Wake from your slumber!
Stand in the light!
Keep His commandments!
Walk in what’s right!

The age of rebellion
Is coming to an end.
The Kingdom of Yahweh
Is coming to men!

No more corruption,
No more wicked reign.
Yeshua is coming
To rule once again!

[Cinematic Shofar Break]

Blow the trumpet!
Sound the alarm!
The King is coming
With power in His arm!

Blow the trumpet!
Let every heart sing!
Crowned with glory—
Behold your King!

[Final Chorus]

The trumpet will sound,
And the dead will arise!
Yeshua will come
In the clouds of the skies.

The saints will be gathered,
The faithful will sing:
“The kingdoms of earth
Now belong to the King!”

The trumpet will sound,
Let all creation sing—
Yahweh’s Kingdom is coming,
And Yeshua is King!

[Outro]

The King is coming…
The dead will be raised…
The Kingdom of Yahweh
Will cover the earth.

Blessed are the people
Who know the joyful sound.
When the final trumpet calls us,
We will rise from the ground.

The trumpet will sound…
The trumpet will sound…
Prepare the way
For the coming King.

The Feast of Trumpets

The Day That Announces the Coming King

The Feast of Trumpets is one of Yahweh’s commanded annual Holy Days. In Hebrew it is commonly called Yom Teruah, meaning “the Day of Shouting” or “the Day of the Trumpet Blast.”

On the commonly used Hebrew calendar, the biblical day begins at sunset on Friday, September 11, 2026. Calendar calculations can differ among Torah-keeping groups.

“In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation. Ye shall do no servile work therein.”
—Leviticus 23:24–25

1. Yahweh created it as an appointed time

The Feast of Trumpets is not a human tradition. It is one of the “feasts of Yahweh”—appointments established by Yahweh Himself.

(Click Here For A Study On Yahweh's Holy Days)

“These are the feasts of Yahweh, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.”
—Leviticus 23:4

The Hebrew word translated “feasts” is moedim, meaning appointed times. These are appointments between Yahweh and His people.

The Feast of Trumpets was created to be:

  • A commanded annual Sabbath
  • A memorial announced by trumpet blasts
  • A holy gathering of Yahweh’s people
  • A warning to prepare
  • A prophetic announcement of Yeshua’s return
  • A picture of the resurrection and gathering of the saints
  • A proclamation that Yahweh’s Kingdom will rule the earth

2. The trumpet is a call to awaken

Throughout Scripture, trumpets announce events of great importance. They summon the people, warn of approaching danger, announce war and proclaim the arrival of a king.

“Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain.”
—Joel 2:1

The trumpet tells Yahweh’s people:

Wake up. Examine yourself. Repent. Prepare for the coming King.

“Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression.”
—Isaiah 58:1

The Feast is joyful, but it is also serious. It reminds us that this present world will not continue forever. Yahweh’s appointed time is approaching.

3. It pictures the Day of Yahweh

The prophets connect the sounding of trumpets with the coming Day of Yahweh—the time when Yahweh intervenes in human affairs.

“The great day of Yahweh is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly.”
—Zephaniah 1:14

That day is described as:

“A day of the trumpet and alarm.”
—Zephaniah 1:16

Human government has failed because mankind has rejected Yahweh’s commandments. The trumpet announces that man’s time of rebellion is ending and Yahweh’s righteous government is coming.

4. It pictures the return of Yeshua

Yeshua will not return secretly. His coming will be visible, powerful and accompanied by the sound of a great trumpet.

“They shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect.”
—Matthew 24:30–31

The Feast of Trumpets prophetically points toward the return of Yeshua as King of kings.

“And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Master, and of his Messiah; and he shall reign for ever and ever.”
—Revelation 11:15

The trumpet announces a change of government. Satan’s world will be removed, and Yeshua will establish the Kingdom of Yahweh over the nations.

5. It pictures the resurrection of the saints

The trumpet also announces the resurrection and transformation of Yahweh’s faithful people.

“For the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”
—1 Corinthians 15:52

“For Yeshua himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of Yahweh: and the dead in Messiah shall rise first.”
—1 Thessalonians 4:16

Those who died faithfully are sleeping in their graves. They are not forgotten. At Yahweh’s appointed time, the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised, and the faithful who remain alive will be changed.

Therefore, the Feast of Trumpets is a day of tremendous hope. It points toward the moment when death will no longer separate Yahweh’s people from those they love.

6. It announces the coronation of the King

Trumpets were sounded when kings were crowned.

“Elohim is gone up with a shout, Yahweh with the sound of a trumpet.”
—Psalm 47:5

“For Elohim is the King of all the earth.”
—Psalm 47:7

The Feast announces that Yeshua is returning to receive His Kingdom and rule under the authority of Yahweh.

“KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”
—Revelation 19:16

He will not return as a suffering servant. He will return as a conquering King, wearing the crown and carrying the authority to judge and govern the nations in righteousness.

7. Why are we commanded to keep it holy?

We keep the Feast holy because Yahweh declared it holy. Holiness is not determined by human tradition, popular opinion or denominational teaching. Yahweh alone has authority to set apart sacred time.

“It is a day of blowing the trumpets unto you.”
—Numbers 29:1

The day is holy because:

  • Yahweh commanded it.
  • It belongs to Him.
  • It teaches His plan of salvation.
  • It reminds us to remain spiritually awake.
  • It points toward Yeshua’s return.
  • It proclaims the coming resurrection.
  • It announces the establishment of Yahweh’s Kingdom.

Keeping this day is an act of faith and obedience. We stop our ordinary work because Yahweh has called us away from everyday concerns to focus upon His purpose.

8. How should we observe it?

Scripture gives several clear principles:

Rest from ordinary work

“Ye shall do no servile work therein.”
—Leviticus 23:25

It is an annual Sabbath. Regular employment, unnecessary business and ordinary labor should be set aside.

Hold a holy gathering

It is a holy convocation. Yahweh’s people should gather when possible. This can include a home gathering, prayer, Scripture reading, singing and fellowship.

Hear or sound the trumpet

The trumpet is the identifying sign of the day. It reminds us to awaken, prepare and look toward Yeshua’s return.

Read and hear Yahweh’s Word

A biblical example appears in Nehemiah 8. On the first day of the seventh month, the people assembled and listened attentively as the Law was read.

“And Ezra the priest brought the law before the congregation…upon the first day of the seventh month.”
—Nehemiah 8:2

Rejoice and share

The people were told:

“Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared…for the joy of Yahweh is your strength.”
—Nehemiah 8:10

It is appropriate to enjoy a special meal and remember those who might otherwise have nothing prepared.

The meaning of the Feast

The Feast of Trumpets declares:

The King is coming.
The dead will be raised.
The faithful will be gathered.
The kingdoms of this world will become the Kingdom of Yahweh.
Yeshua will rule the nations in righteousness.

Yahweh created this day so His people would never forget where history is going. We keep it holy because it is His commanded appointment—a yearly rehearsal for one of the greatest events in all creation.

“Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O Yahweh, in the light of thy countenance.”
—Psalm 89:15

[Intro]

In the garden Yahweh warned:
“You shall surely die.”
But the serpent whispered:
“You shall not surely die.”

And the world believed the lie.

[Verse 1]

From the dust Yahweh formed us,
Breathed the breath of life within;
But death entered through rebellion,
And the wages came through sin.

“Dust you are, to dust returning,”
Yahweh’s judgment still remains;
There’s no spirit soul escaping,
No immortal life in man.

[Pre-Chorus]

Life is not our own possession,
Immortality’s a gift;
Only Yahweh lives immortal—
Only He can make us live.

[Chorus]

“You shall not surely die”—
That was Satan’s first lie.
But the dead are sleeping silently,
Waiting for the promised cry.

Our hope is not in dying,
Or ascending to the sky;
Our hope is resurrection
When Yeshua calls, “Arise!”

[Verse 2]

“The soul that sins shall surely die,”
The Word could not be clearer;
When the breath of life departs us,
Every thought and plan will perish.

In the grave there is no knowledge,
Neither sorrow, praise, nor pain;
But the sleepers will awaken
When they hear Yeshua’s name.

[Pre-Chorus]

Death is real, but not forever;
Every grave will lose its claim.
For the One who conquered darkness
Will awaken us again.

[Chorus]

“You shall not surely die”—
That was Satan’s first lie.
But the dead are sleeping silently,
Waiting for the promised cry.

Our hope is not in dying,
Or ascending to the sky;
Our hope is resurrection
When Yeshua calls, “Arise!”

[Verse 3]

Ancient teachers praised the spirit,
Calling mortal souls divine;
Human wisdom entered worship
And concealed the serpent’s lie.

If mankind already lived forever,
Resurrection would be vain;
But eternal life is Yahweh’s gift—
Through Yeshua it is gained.

[Bridge]

Yeshua said,
“I am the resurrection;
I am the life—
Believe in Me.”

The graves will open,
The sleepers awaken;
Death will be swallowed
In victory!

O death, where is your sting?
O grave, where is your victory?
The final trumpet soon will sound—
And death will lose its mastery!

[Breakdown]

Man is mortal!
Death is sleep!
Yahweh’s promises He will keep!

The grave is temporary!
The resurrection’s sure!
Through Yeshua our Messiah,
We shall live forevermore!

[Final Chorus]

“You shall not surely die”—
That was Satan’s first lie.
For the dead are sleeping silently,
Till the voice of life shall cry.

Our hope is not in dying,
Or ascending to the sky;
Our hope is resurrection—
When Yeshua calls, “Arise!”

“You shall not surely die”—
We reject the serpent’s lie!
Yahweh’s Word remains eternal,
And His truth is testified.

Death itself will be defeated,
Every faithful saint shall rise;
Our hope is resurrection—
When Yeshua calls, “Arise!”

[Outro]

The gospel is not that we never die—
It is that we shall rise.

Because Yeshua lives,
We shall live also.

We shall rise…
We shall rise.

[Verse 1]
Yeshua promised, “I will come again,”
The hope of the faithful, the victory then.
Not hidden in shadows, not secret or small,
The heavens will open—the King will be seen by all.

After the Tribulation, the heavens will shake,
The powers of darkness will tremble and break.
With clouds of great glory, with power He’ll appear,
The day of His Kingdom is drawing near.

[Pre-Chorus]
With the voice of the archangel,
With the trumpet of Yahweh,
The sleeping saints will hear Him—
And rise to life that day!

[Chorus]
The King is coming! The trumpet will sound!
The dead will awaken and rise from the ground.
The faithful will change in the blink of an eye;
We’ll gather to Yeshua in clouds in the sky.

The King is coming! Every eye will see!
The kingdoms of this world will bow before the King.
On the Feast of Trumpets, hear creation sing:
Yeshua is returning—the King is coming!

[Verse 2]
The last trumpet sounds and the graves open wide;
The called, chosen, faithful arise glorified.
The living are changed and immortality won;
Together they gather to Yahweh’s crowned Son.

He comes with His saints in victory and light;
The armies of nations cannot win the fight.
His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives that day,
And every false kingdom will crumble away.

[Pre-Chorus]
With a shout from the heavens,
With the trumpet of Yahweh,
The rightful King is coming—
Prepare for that great day!

[Chorus]
The King is coming! The trumpet will sound!
The dead will awaken and rise from the ground.
The faithful will change in the blink of an eye;
We’ll gather to Yeshua in clouds in the sky.

The King is coming! Every eye will see!
The kingdoms of this world will bow before the King.
On the Feast of Trumpets, hear creation sing:
Yeshua is returning—the King is coming!

[Verse 3]
He’s coming to rescue His chosen from death,
To save all mankind from its final breath.
To gather all Israel and make the tribes one,
And restore what rebellion and warfare have done.

From Zion the Torah will go through the lands;
The nations will learn from His righteous commands.
No longer will people be trained how to fight;
The earth will be filled with His knowledge and light.

[Bridge]
No secret escape, no whispering lie—
Like lightning He flashes across the whole sky.
Every eye will behold Him; the nations will know:
The Sovereign of sovereigns has come here to rule!

Justice will rise and oppression will cease;
Swords will be broken and nations learn peace.
For one thousand years with His saints He will reign,
And Yahweh’s great truth will cover the plains.

[Breakdown]
Watch and be ready!
Repent and obey!
Hold to the faith of Yeshua today.
Keep Yahweh’s commandments; endure to the end.
The One who has promised is coming again!

[Final Chorus]
The King is coming! The trumpet will sound!
The dead will awaken and rise from the ground.
The faithful will change in the blink of an eye;
We’ll gather to Yeshua in clouds in the sky.

The King is coming! Every eye will see!
The kingdoms of this world will bow before the King.
On the Feast of Trumpets, let all creation sing:
Yeshua is returning—the King is coming!

[Outro]
The seventh trumpet sounds—
The kingdoms fall down.
Yeshua takes His crown;
Let righteousness abound.

Surely He is coming—
Faithful and true.
Even so, come,
Sovereign Yeshua!
