Mankind boasts of all he knows,
Builds his kingdoms, crowns his own,
But every tower raised in pride
Will fall before the coming tide.
The wisdom of this world is vain,
It cannot heal our grief and pain;
For Yahweh’s thoughts are higher still,
And only He can teach His will.

The heart of man will lead astray,
But truth still shines upon the Way.

His mighty works will turn to dust;
This world will pass, its pride will fall,
But Yahweh’s Kingdom will outlast them all.
The meek shall inherit the earth,
Delivered from sorrow, given new birth;
No more hatred, no more pain—
Yeshua will come, and righteousness reign.

The heart is deceitful, Scripture declares,
It hides its evil beneath its prayers;
From age to age, man promises peace,
Yet war and suffering never cease.
Without Yahweh, we lose our way,
Calling darkness light today;
No human power and no decree
Can set this broken creation free.
