[Intro]
Watch and be ready.
The hour is drawing near.
No man knows the day it begins,
but Scripture shows us what to fear—
and what to hope for.
[Verse 1]
Wars and rumors fill the earth,
nation rises against nation;
Famine, sickness, lawlessness,
a world prepared for tribulation.
Truth is traded for a lie,
the love of many growing cold;
A falling away from Yahweh’s Way,
just as the prophets long foretold.
[Pre-Chorus]
Do not follow signs alone,
for lying wonders will appear;
Hold to every word of Yahweh—
lift your eyes, the end draws near.
[Chorus]
The King is coming, watch and pray,
Yeshua will return one day;
At the last trumpet, loud and clear,
the kingdoms of this world disappear.
Stand in faith, endure until the end,
keep Yahweh’s commandments once again;
Through darkest night, His light will shine—
the King is coming, the victory is nigh!
[Verse 2]
Ten kings surrender all their strength,
the Beast is given forty-two months;
A false prophet works great signs,
and leads the world away from truth.
Buying, selling—both controlled,
the mark demands allegiance;
But the saints of Yahweh will not bow—
they stand in patient obedience.
Two witnesses arise and speak
for twelve hundred sixty days;
Clothed in sackcloth, warning nations,
calling mankind from its ways.
[Pre-Chorus]
When their testimony is complete,
the Beast will strike and take their breath;
But after three days and a half,
Yahweh will raise them up from death!
[Chorus]
The King is coming, watch and pray,
Yeshua will return one day;
At the last trumpet, loud and clear,
the kingdoms of this world disappear.
Stand in faith, endure until the end,
keep Yahweh’s commandments once again;
Through darkest night, His light will shine—
the King is coming, the victory is nigh!
[Verse 3]
The sun grows dark, the moon turns red,
the heavens tremble at His wrath;
Seven trumpets shake the earth
as judgment travels down its path.
Then the seventh trumpet sounds—
the sleeping saints arise;
The living faithful shall be changed
and gathered through the skies.
They meet Yeshua in the air,
immortal, clothed in light;
Upon the fiery sea of glass,
they praise Yahweh with all their might.
[Bridge]
Babylon has fallen!
The reign of man is done!
The armies gather near Jerusalem,
but victory has already come!
Heaven opens—see the Rider,
Faithful, True, the living Word;
Every eye beholds Yeshua,
King of kings and mighty Sovereign!
His feet shall stand upon the Mount,
the Beast and prophet fall;
Satan bound a thousand years—
Yeshua shall reign over all!
[Final Chorus]
The King has come, the trumpet sounds,
Yeshua takes the nations’ crowns;
The faithful rise, the saints appear—
the Kingdom of Yahweh is finally here!
No more hatred, no more war,
His righteous law goes near and far;
Swords become the plowman’s blade—
all the earth shall learn His ways!
[Outro]
So watch and pray,
repent and obey;
Hold fast to the faith of Yeshua.
Endure to the end,
for the darkness will pass—
and the Kingdom of Yahweh
shall cover the earth at last.
The King is coming.
The King is coming.
Watch…
and be ready.
